OCBC Bank Special Housing Loan Scheme

OCBC Bank's Special Housing Loan Scheme is a programme allow you to
finance a low-cost residential property.
Features
• Finance the purchase of low-cost properties priced up to RM100,000 in
Peninsular Malaysia and RM120,000 in East Malaysia
• Repayment period of up to 30 years or age 65, whichever is earlier
• The property must be owner occupied
• Financing for Mortgage Reducing Term Assurance (MRTA) premiums
• Standing instructions on monthly instalments is available
Eligibility
• Individual customers
• First time house purchaser
• Property value costing not more than RM60,000 in Peninsular Malaysia and
RM72,000 in Sabah and Sarawak
• Applicant combined income with spouse (if any) must not exceed RM3,000 per
month
• Purchase of property for owner's occupation
How to Apply / Documents Required
• Photocopy of I/C of applicant
• Latest 3 months salary slips
• Latest J / EA Form
• Confirmation letter from employer
• Original S&P Agreement / booking sheet / down payment receipt
• Business Registration, Form 24, Form 49, Form A or B, Form D (for self
employed which ever applicable)
• Latest 3 months Bank Statement
• Any additional documents if required by the Bank
