It's easy to apply for, with minimum hassle and speedy processing. This is in line with the Governments aspirations of increasing home ownership amongst the "rakyat".

• Open to all Malaysians aged 35 years old and below

• Up to RM500,000

• Margin of Finance up to 100% (105% inclusive of incidental costs)

• First home buyer

• Employed by the same company / employer for a minimum of 6 months

• For own residential use only

• Zero entry cost
