Maxi Flexibility
This option is applicable for houses costing RM75,000 and above only.

Redraw
If you have had a housing loan with Maybank for more than 6 months, you may
opt for additional financing at any time. The total loan amount (e.g.
current loan outstanding plus additional financing) can be up to 90% of the
value of your house.
