Special Features

 • 2.5% for first year repayment

 • 5.0% for second year repayment

 • No processing fee

 • Security deposit exempted

 • MRTT is optional

Eligibility

 • Malaysian citizens aged 18 and above and not exceeding 65 years of age at the end of the financing period

 • Financing Amount : Up to 100%

 • Financing Period: Maximum of 30 years

 • Type of Property: Newly-built House / Apartment under construction only
