Bank Rakyat Manzili Home Financing-i (Easy Installment) is a variation of Manzili where the customer can opt to make the repayments in five stages.

 • 20% off for the first stage repayment

 • No processing fee

 • Security deposit exempted

 • MRTT is optional

Eligibility

 • Malaysian citizens aged 18 and above and not exceeding 65 years of age at the end of the financing period

 • Financing Amount : Up to 100%

 • Financing Period: Maximum of 30 years

• Type of Property:

- Newly-built house / apartment / shophouse

- Land for housing

- Home refinancing
